At EVREN, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item (Or issue) at <a href=\"mailto:info@evren.com.pk\">info@evren.com.pk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Exchange\/Return request is made outside the specified time frame<\/li>\n<li>The product is damaged because of use<\/li>\n<li>The product has been tampered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Packs: packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered to be one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they may not be returned partially or individually.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accessories: must be returned with the original packaging intact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In-case of exchanges\/returns, you will have to pay the shipping charges, as per the courier company, for all the items returned.
